Using the Dispatch Screen in DRS Launch
This guide explains how to navigate the dispatch screen and book orders in DRS Launch.
Overview of the Dispatch Screen
The dispatch screen provides a centralized view of your daily operations and inventory availability.
Key Features:
- **Book Button**: Start booking an order for a customer.- **Calendar Icon**: Change the date view using forward/backward buttons or a dropdown selector.
- **Search Button**: Opens the customer tab for detailed customer information.
- **Order Display Area**: Shows scheduled orders for the selected date.
Order Status Legend
Orders are color-coded to indicate their status:- **Green**: Scheduled for delivery.
- **Red**: Scheduled for pickup.
- **Light Blue**: Service-related (e.g., tonnage).
- **Yellow**: Swap out (pickup and drop-off).
- **Cool Blue**: On-site with no service required.
Inventory and Serial Number Tracking
- **Availability Box**: Displays inventory availability at a glance.- **Serial Number Tracking**:
- Shows assigned serial numbers
- Dumpster type
- Invoice number
- Days assigned
- Current location
