Account Training

Dumpster Rental Systems includes 2 full Training Programs for Dumpster Rentals and Junk Removal Services. Select the appropriate training and go through the entire process. The training has been refined to help you get started as quickly as possible, in addition to the account pre-configuration we have done. If you offer Junk Removal and Dumpster Rentals, then please complete both programs while skipping redundant steps.

Once you have completed the DRS Training program in this Knowledge Base, please contact us to schedule training with a Technical Support Agent. You may freely contact our Technical Support team with any questions or needs. For more in-depth configuration and changes, please schedule a Training session with our team. We are happy to host multiple training sessions, as needed, to help you learn the system!

The first steps of each Training Program include account configuration steps that are vital to your operations. If training is not completed prior to scheduling a training session, then our first training session is configuration-based as opposed to education-based.
