How to add a misc fee?

Note: The "Miscellaneous Fee" box accepts typed input to label the charge. We recommend labeling it or adding fees in a different way for accounting purposes. At the end of the year, you may have several hundred or thousand dollars in miscellaneous fees without any description or information.
