The contact information for your business is modified under Admin > General Config > Company Info. These fields are copied to multiple places throughout the system, especially your website and documents. Anything information edited in this section will update across the website, documents, and wherever the "Merge Fields" are present (more information below).
From General Config > Company Info, locate the following fields to modify your business contact information:
The "Warehouse Address" is also located under Admin > General Config > Company Info. This address is hidden from your customers. All routing defaults from the warehouse address under the "Delivery" tab. If you're using "Travel Fee by Mile", the distance is calculated from this address. Only one address can be used.
Dumpster Rental Systems uses merge fields multiple places throughout the software for the ease and simplicity of setting everything up, especially documents. A “Merge Field” is essentially a computer code, or string, that will be replaced with content as long as that content exists. You can use merge fields in your documents to populate information.
Here is an example of the merge fields for the company address, phone number, and email address:
If you would like your business address to appear on documents, you can copy and paste the following code into the document:
