"HighLevel" is an add-on feature offering by Event Rental Systems and Dumpster Rental Systems, which offers a dashboard integrated via API with the following features:
- Automated text messages based on your ERS/DRS settings.
- Two-way texting to keep track of your conversations with customers.
- Review Management to direct 4 and 5 star reviews to your Google Review page. Reviews with 3 stars or less are directed to an internal survey.

Detailed Feature Descriptions
- Abandoned Cart Text - Sends out a text to the customer telling them they left items in card with a link to their abandoned cart, allowing customers to check out via their phone.
- Contract/Invoice - Sends out a text to the customer 2 days before their event with the link to contract and link to invoice, allowing customer to pay the remainder of invoice from phone and allowing customer to sign contract from their phone.
- Delivery Text/Pick Up Text - Allows you to send messages from routing containing delivery and pick up information to customer in form of a text.
- Rental Review - Sends Review Text to customer after their event has ended so they can click link and leave a review on your GMB (see further information in Review Management).
- Negative Feedback - sends internal text alerting you to customer submitting negative feedback form.
- Pop-Up Form - We install pop ups into your website so when customer fills out their information they either receive a coupon or get redirected to a deals page and from there the system sends them automated messages asking them if they need any help booking.
- Quote Created - Sends customers reminder text 24 hours after a quote is created - sending them a link to the quote in the text message.
- Rental Booked Reminders - sends the customer an automatic reminder when they book with their event date and order number.
- You can text contacts that ask questions via chat widget.
- You can text contacts that ask you questions after sending out booking confirmations.
- Tell clients about bad weather in the area.
- In the Review Text, there is a link to a webpage we build for you that allows a customer to rate their company experience out of 5 stars.
- 4-5 stars will direct the customer to your google review page.
- Reviews under 4 stars will send customers to fill out an internal form so they can still have their grievances read.
- You will receive an Alert whenever a customer submits a review that is for less than 4 stars.
